Background
By enrolling with PeerPath Learning, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must accept this agreement and complete enrolment on the student’s behalf.
Scope of Services
PeerPath Learning provides specialist mathematics tutoring for LANTITE and WA senior secondary students, including ATAR. Services may include group lessons, individual check ins, recorded lessons, digital resources and academic support.
PeerPath Learning will:
Provide expert teaching services using reasonable care and skill
Use evidence based teaching practices aligned with WA ATAR expectations
Support students with content understanding, exam technique and study habits
Right to Terminate Services
PeerPath Learning reserves the right to terminate tuition services without notice where a student
Fails to follow the code of conduct
Engages in antisocial or disruptive behaviour
Acts in a way that impacts the learning or safety of others
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
Cancellations and Missed Lessons
Lessons are booked as part of an ongoing enrolment.
If a student cannot attend a scheduled lesson, as much notice as possible should be given.
Group lessons are not refundable if missed.
Recorded lessons or alternative resources may be provided where available

Student Responsibilities
To gain maximum benefit from ATAR tutoring, students are expected to
Attend all scheduled sessions
Engage actively and respectfully during lessons
Complete independent practice and assigned tasks
Use approved communication channels only
Follow reasonable directions from tutors
Respect other students, staff and learning environments
Guarantee and Academic Outcomes
PeerPath Learning does not guarantee specific ATAR results or immediate academic improvement. Learning outcomes depend on attendance, effort, independent practice and individual circumstances.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this.
Payment of Fees
Fees are outlined at the time of enrolment and are payable in advance unless otherwise stated. Enrolments are term based or subscription based depending on the program. Where instalment options are offered, you remain committed to paying the full enrolment amount.
Refunds
PeerPath Learning complies with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds may be considered where services were not delivered as agreed.
Refunds are not provided for lack of academic improvement where reasonable teaching and support have been delivered.
Digital content and accessed recordings are non refundable.
Basis of Enrolment
Tutoring is provided on a term or ongoing enrollment basis.
Students are expected to attend from the start of the term through to the final week.
Regular attendance is essential for continuity and success in ATAR courses.
Consistency of Attendance
Repeated absences reduce the effectiveness of tutoring.
PeerPath Learning does not adjust fees due to missed sessions unless otherwise stated in writing.
Media and Publishing
From time to time, PeerPath Learning may photograph or record lessons or learning activities.
Permission will always be sought before publishing identifiable images or videos.
Student achievements may be shared using first names only unless otherwise requested in writing.
Duty of Care
PeerPath Learning takes reasonable care to ensure the safety of all students.
Students and parents are expected to follow reasonable health and safety directions.
Where repeated non compliance occurs, services may be terminated in the interests of safety.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
